MARY GIBBONS

President

Mary M. Gibbons is a life-long resident of Hannibal. She graduated from high school in 1980 and from Culver-Stockton College in 1984 with a BS degree in business administration and economics. As of September this year, she has been with F&M Bank and Trust Co for 39 years and currently working as Loan Officer/VP at the downtown branch. She is a past board member of the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Ambassador group. Currently, Mary is the Secretary for the Hannibal Lions Club and a board member of Mount Olivet Cemetery. 

ALICIA ROLLINS

Vice-President

Alicia Rollins is a Financial Advisor with Edward Jones. Alicia attended Hannibal La-Grange University and earned a degree in Business Management. Throughout her life helping others has always been an integral part of who she is. She currently serves on the Chamber of Commerce, Hannibal Free Clinic and Douglas boards. She is also involved in Kings Daughters and at her Church. Alicia and her husband Brandon are raising their three very active kids in Hannibal. She enjoys cooking and watching documentaries. 

EMILY DEXHEIMER

Treasurer

Emily Dexheimer is a Hannibal native who believes in the power of community. She has spent her professional career in ministry, hospitality services and public utilities. 


DONNELY JUNG

Secretary

Donnely Jung is an experienced, award winning graphic designer that has worked in the media/marketing industry in several capacities.  She is a 2004 Palmyra High School graduate and received her Bachelor of Arts degree focused in Graphic Design from Columbia College in Columbia, MO. She also attended the local MACC-Hannibal for her associate's degree in general studies prior to transferring to Columbia. 


Currently Donnely is the Marketing Director and a Missouri Licensed REALTOR® at Ravenscraft Realty in Hannibal, as well as the Owner of DMO Promo Marketing & Design LLC. She is a member of the Douglass Community Services Board of Directors, Hannibal Free Clinic Board of Directors and the Hannibal Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and sits on several board committees.


Donnely has worked in the newspaper industry at the Hannibal Courier-Post and the Palmyra Spectator, as well as time in an advertising agency setting with Poole Communications, followed by being a web/ad designer and Creative Design Manager for Quincy Media in Quincy, IL.

DAREN DOWELL

Daren Dowell is a proud native of Monroe City, having graduated from Monroe R-1 High School. His career began in Tulsa, Oklahoma where he achieved his master's degree at the Tulsa Welding School. Daren's career led him to Springfield, Missouri as a Sales Representative for MCI, then on to St. Louis for a position with Express Scripts. With a desire to venture into business ownership, Daren established a UPS Store in Quincy, Illinois, which he operated successfully for 4 years before selling. Currently, he holds a position at Chariton Valley, serving in Public Relations and Economic Development since December 2015. Daren is involved in several community programs and served on multiple boards, including his current roles as Vice President of the Monroe City Revitalization Board, Hannibal Area Regional Economic Development Board Member, Douglass Community Services Board Member, Hannibal Regional Industrial Corporation Board Member, and Missouri Northeast Board Member.

KAREN BICKLE

Karen Bickel is an attorney who has served in various capacities in Juvenile law. Karen is currently employed as one of two Legal Aspect Trainers for the Missouri Department of Social Services, Children’s Division. Prior to this role, Karen served as the Juvenile Officer Attorney for Missouri’s 14th Circuit. Karen splits her time between Perry, Missouri and Hannibal, Missouri. She received her yoga teacher training certification in 2018 and teaches yoga classes at Twisted Juniper Yoga. Karen graduated from the University of Missouri School of Law in 2008 and prior to that received her history degree from Hannibal LaGrange College in 2005.
